As a Valet, you play an important role in creating a warm, effortless, and personalised stay for our guests. Your daily tasks are varied and hands-on, and you are always ready to step in wherever needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and hosting guests – greeting guests on arrival, engaging with them in a warm and natural way, assisting with luggage, supporting the check-in and rooming process, and introducing guests to their accommodation and its facilities.

• Room service and guest requests – delivering breakfast and room service, preparing extra beds, assisting with sauna, fireplaces and in-room equipment, and helping to resolve practical issues quickly and professionally with help of the Aino A-team.

• Creating memorable experiences – preparing outdoor areas, ensuring fireplaces and equipment are ready, and supporting the small details and special requests that make each stay unique.

• Supporting daily operations – Managing luggage, assisting with snow-related tasks, and running errands such as collecting laundry or purchasing items for guest requests.

• Working as one Aino A-team – supporting other operational areas when needed to ensure smooth service and an excellent overall guest experience.

The role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys being around people and is naturally warm, talkative, and attentive. A proactive attitude and willingness to help are essential – whether that means opening a door, preparing a fireplace, solving an unexpected practical issue, or simply having a great conversation with a guest.

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent spoken English; other languages are considered an advantage

• A valid driving license and a car to commute to work. Confidence driving in winter conditions

• Confidence, not necessarily experience, to drive ATV and snow mobile. We will teach you.

• Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in Arctic winter conditions

• This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time job i.e. students
