SantaPark on joulupukin virallinen kotiluola, jossa vierailee tuhansia kansainvälisiä ja kotimaisia matkailijoita kokemassa talven taikaa. Etsimme nyt joukkoomme energistä, lämminhenkistä ja heittäytymiskykyistä Piparkakkumuoria joulusesongiksi (31.10.2026-23.1.2027).

• Vieraiden viihdyttäminen: Luot Piparkakkukahvilaan lämpimän ja satumaisen tunnelman. Päivittäin tarinoit ja hassuttelet perheiden kanssa – olet luonteva esiintyjä niin lasten kuin aikuisten seurassa.

• Asiakaspalvelu kahvilassa: Huolehdit, että kahvilavierailu on vieraille elämys. Koristelet piparkakkuja yhdessä vieraiden kanssa ja huolehdit kahvilaympäristön siisteydestä ja viihtyisyydestä. Pääset tekemään yhteistyötä kahvilahenkilökunnan kanssa.

• Joulumielen levittäminen: Kohtaat jokaisen vieraan yksilöllisesti, lämpimästi ja tarjoat unohtumattomia muistoja (ja loistavia valokuvaushetkiä!).

• Heittäytymiskykyä ja esiintymistaitoa: Nautit roolissa olemisesta ja yleisön edessä toimimisesta. Kokemus teatterista, animoinnista tai muusta viihdealan työstä on suuri etu.

• Sujuvaa kielitaitoa: Vieraamme tulevat ympäri maailmaa. Kommunikoit sujuvasti englanniksi, ja suomen kielen taito sekä muu kielitaito (esim. espanja) katsotaan eduksi

• Säteilijän asennetta: Olet oma-aloitteinen, hymyilevä ja kestät hymyn hyytymättä myös kiireisimpinä sesonkipäivinä.

• Hygieniapassia (tai valmiutta suorittaa se ennen työn alkua), sillä työskentelet kahvilaympäristössä.

• Ainutlaatuisen ja kansainvälisen työympäristön, jollaista et löydä mistään muualta maailmassa.

• Upeat, laadukkaat esiintymisvaatteet (Piparkakkumuorin virallisen uniformun).

• Mahtavan ja tiiviin "tonttuheimon" eli työyhteisön tuen.

SantaPark is the official home cavern of Santa Claus, visited by thousands of international and domestic guests looking to experience the magic of winter. We are now looking for an energetic, warm-hearted, and charismatic Gingerbread Lady to join our team for the Christmas season (31.10.2026-23.1.2027).

• Entertaining guests: You will create a warm and fairytale-like atmosphere in the Gingerbread Café. On a daily basis, you will tell stories and share playful moments with families – you are a natural performer around both children and adults.

• Guest service in the café: You will ensure that every café visit is an unforgettable experience for our guests. You will decorate gingerbread cookies together with the visitors and maintain the cleanliness and coziyness of the café environment. You will also work in close cooperation with the café staff.

• Spreading Christmas cheer: You will meet every guest individually and warmly, providing them with unforgettable memories (and fantastic photo opportunities!).

• Character adaptability and performance skills: You enjoy being in character and performing in front of an audience. Experience in theater, animation, or other fields of entertainment is considered a major advantage.

• Fluent language skills: Our guests come from all over the world. You communicate fluently in English. Finnish language skills as well as other language skills (e.g., spanish) are considered a great asset.

• A radiant attitude: You are proactive, smiling, and can keep your spirits high even during the busiest peak days of the season.

• A Hygiene Passport (or readiness to acquire one before starting), as you will be working in a café environment.
