Are you our new Hotel Valet? (Main season 11/2026-3/2027) 

✨ Job description
Guest Service Team plays a crucial role in warmly welcoming and taking care of our in-house guests. The Valet and the front desk reception team work extremely closely to manage the guest service duties. This role is hospitality- and customer service-driven. Duties include:

High-end customer service
Serving welcome drinks and supporting the check-in process

• Transporting guests to and from their rooms

• Delivering breakfast and room service

• Rooming guests and introducing them to the sauna, fireplace, and other room features

• Assisting guests with their requests throughout their stay

• Upselling activities and gift shop products

• Managing the luggage room

• Setting up outdoor private dining areas

• Delivering firewood to the fireplaces

• Keeping valet vehicles clean and presentable

• Maintaining outdoor sports equipment

• Shoveling snow from entrances and supporting the Housekeeping team when needed

• Running errands as required

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Problem-solving mindset with a self-driven attitude

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Genuine motivation to learn and develop

• Valid driver's license

• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Legal right to work in Finland (Finnish work visa or EU residence)
