Join Extraordinary Experiences and guide guests into refined Arctic moments shaped by warm service, storytelling, safety and love for Lapland’s delicate nature.
We usually respond within two weeks
Extraordinary Experiences, the signature activity concept of SantaPark Arctic World, is looking for professional and warm-hearted guides for the winter season 2026–2027.
Our experiences are created especially for the guests of Arctic TreeHouse Hotel and Aino Private Island Hotel. Just like in our hotels, our aim is to offer a high level of service in every moment: personal, thoughtful, safe, and beautifully connected to the Arctic nature around us.
Our activities are arranged in small groups and as private experiences, allowing our guides to create genuine encounters with guests from around the world. As a guide, you may lead experiences such as Arctic floating, e-snowmobile tours, northern lights evenings, ice fishing, and peaceful forest programs.
At the heart of Extraordinary Experiences are professionalism, uncompromised safety, and pride and love for the delicate nature of Lapland.
