Housekeeping Attendants - Aino Private Island Hotel

AINO Private Island Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant who will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

At AINO Private Island Hotel, we offer intuitive luxury service — we move according to where the guest needs us most. AINO is a beautiful boutique hotel featuring 11 suites, 1 villa, Vuo Restaurant, and 2 saunas.

You will primarily focus on housekeeping duties but will also support other areas of the hotel when required, following the natural rhythm of the day. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and understands that exceptional cleanliness is a vital part of the guest experience.

Seasonal Contract: 6 June 2026 to 31 March 2027

Hours: 7 hours 30 minutes per day

Shifts: Early, Middle, Late

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping
1. Preparing rooms for new arrivals to the highest luxury standards

· Performing daily housekeeping in guest rooms and public areas

· Delivering evening turndown service

· Ensuring all rooms are clean, organized, and well-presented

· Managing linen schedules and coordinating with laundry suppliers

· Replenishing room amenities and supplies

· Conducting stock takes, managing inventory, and placing orders

· Cleaning and maintaining sauna facilities

· Reporting maintenance issues or damages promptly

2. Guest Interaction

· Greeting guests in a warm and professional manner when encountered

· Responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously

· Anticipating guest needs and ensuring comfort during their stay

· Supporting guest orientation where required

3. Support Across Departments

· Assisting reception or food & beverage teams when needed

· Supporting luggage handling or light service duties when required

· Adapting to operational needs in a small, luxury boutique environment

Candidate Profile

· Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple departments

· Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks

· Guest-focused mindset with a natural sense of hospitality

Requirements:
- Candidates must hold a Valid Driver’s License
- Candidates must be comfortable communication in English

Staff Housing & Transportation

Staff accommodation and cars are available for rent through the company, with costs deducted from salary.

Additional Note

Team members may also be required to support housekeeping or guest service duties at other company establishments such as Arctic Hidden Cloud or Arctic TreeHouse Hotel.
