✨ Job description

Our Housekeeping Team plays a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of several locations and venues of SantaPark Arctic World. The team provides our guests with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable environment throughout their stay. This team works side by side with maintenance and operations with Guest Service to ensure our guests make lifelong memories in the Arctic Circle.

Their diligent efforts contribute to guest satisfaction, health and safety, operational efficiency, revenue generation, and compliance with regulations, making them a cornerstone of the hospitality industry. We are proud to say our Housekeeping team maintains an exceptional standard and enhances the guest experience. Duties include:

• Housekeeping in different locations in Rovaniemi

  • Arctic TreeHouse Hotel and Rakas Restaurant & Bar

  • SantaPark - Home Cavern of Santa Claus

  • Santa Claus Secret Forest—Joulukka

  • Hidden Arctic Cloud Villas

  • Aino Privet Island

  • primary location will be determined at the beginning of the season

• Driving in snow conditions (training is provided)

• Interaction with guests

✨ General requirements

• Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team

• Ability to take responsibility and maintain the highest level of standards

• Problem-solving skills and you are self-driven

• Good communication skills

• Positive attitude and motivation to learn

• Valid driving license (minimum 3 years experienced driver)

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant (minimum 3 years)

• Fluent English language

• Ability to legally work in Finland
