✨ Job description
SantaPark - The Home Cavern of Santa Claus is an indoor Christmas-themed park filled with activities, attractions, and experiences. One of the main attractions is Kota Café and lunch, not forgetting the Mrs Gingerbreads Bakery. These restaurant services ensure visitors can spend the whole day in the park with a belly full of lunch, café treats, and gingerbread cookies!
SantaPark Café Workers are the ones who keep these sites in order. In this role, you can bring your skills, interests, and experiences to life and let your Inner Café Elf shine! Café workers work closely with Santas Helpers and wear Christmas-related uniforms. Duties include:
Excellent customer service
Transaction handling accurately and efficiently while providing courteous service
Upselling products
Food and beverage preparation
Restocking supplies
Assisting with special events
Taking care of tables, setting up decorations
Maintaining cleanliness
✨ General requirements
Hygiene pass
Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team
Motivation to learn
Ability to take responsibility
Good communication skills
Fluent English language
Ability to legally work in Finland
Previous experience from café or restaurant work
✨ Considered as an advantage
Alcohol pass
Additional languages
Problem-solving skills & you are self-driven
Ability to read different situations and adapt to them
Outgoing personality, imagination, creativity
You have an eye for detail

Hourly salary (+supplements, holiday compensation)
Collective Agreement for the Hotel, Restaurant and Leisure Industry (Sundays and official holidays are double paid in Finland)
Flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday with alternating days off
Average work hours 90 h/3 week, during the season the amount is usually higher
Day and evening shifts
