Restaurant Duty Manager

Our own waitering team plays a crucial role in the success of a restaurant locations in SantaPark Arctic World. This team works closely together with Kitchen team, to ensure extraordinary dining experiences. Waiters provide attentive service, facilitating smooth operations, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Their professionalism, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills can greatly enhance the dining experience for customers. Duty Manager's duties include:
- Leading Rakas waitering team by example during work shift
- Duties of the waiter (such as serving dishes, upkeep of tables, customer service, sales of alcohol, food and other sales items)
- Maintaining excellent service in the restaurant
- Maintaining efficient work processes and making sure, that company procedures are followed
- Training new staff members in co-operation with Restaurant Manager
- Actively improve and develop service procedures in co-operation with Restaurant Manager
- Actively upselling and cross selling services and products
- Taking care of facilities and maintaining the cleanliness, atmosphere, and aesthetic standard
- Handling guest feedback and service recovery during work shift
- Other work tasks designated by the employer
- Working in company’s other locations
What we are looking for:
- A hygiene card and liquor license
- Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team
- Ability to take responsibility and maintain the highest level of standards
- Problem solving skills & you are self-driven
- Good communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Positive attitude & motivation to learn
- Fluent English language
- Ability to legally work in Finland

- Previous experience from restaurant work
