Your leadership profile
- Empowering leader
You are an inspiring, emotionally intelligent leader who naturally brings out the best in people. You don’t just manage a team – you ignite motivation, foster trust, and empower those around you to reach their full potential. You believe exceptional guest service is not a task, but a calling, and you lead by example with grace, warmth, and precision.
- Master of thoughtful hospitality
Your strength lies in your ability to balance high standards with a nurturing, respectful presence. You notice the smallest details — the crease of a napkin, the rhythm of a welcome, the tone of a farewell — and understand how these quiet moments shape lasting memories. Your passion for hospitality is matched by a meticulous eye for detail.
- Elevator of authenticity
You cultivate a culture where authenticity thrives. Service is never scripted, but sincere — shaped by personality, intuition, and genuine care. You encourage your team to bring themselves into the guest experience in a way that feels both personal and elevated.
- Grace under pressure
In challenging moments, you remain calm and solutions-focused, drawing on emotional awareness and clear communication to lead with confidence. You value collaboration and create an atmosphere where feedback is welcomed, growth is ongoing, and achievements are shared.
- Operations efficiency strategist
Operational efficiency is a key part of your leadership approach. You not only understand the importance of streamlined processes, data-driven decisions, and sustainable practices — you actively implement them to ensure smooth daily operations and long-term success. As a member of the extended leadership team, you contribute meaningfully to the broader strategic direction of the brand.
Your key responsibilities will be
- Daily operations
As Island Manager, you will lead the daily operations of AINO Private Island with a hands-on, presence-driven approach. Working side by side with a small and dedicated team, you will ensure that each guest experience is delivered with warmth, intention, and refined attention to detail.
- Shaping service excellence
You will play a central role in shaping and continuously developing the services offered on the island — from arrival to farewell — ensuring they reflect the AINO values of intuitive care, authenticity, and a deep connection to nature and place. This includes designing clear service standards, creating training moments in the flow of daily work, and nurturing a team culture where everyone feels empowered to contribute to excellence.
- Resourceful planning and implementation for efficient operations
With a strong focus on operational efficiency, you will implement practical systems that support smooth coordination, sustainable routines, and cost-awareness — all while preserving the calm, unhurried atmosphere that defines the guest experience. This includes staff scheduling, time management aligned with Finnish labor regulations, and overseeing purchases to ensure quality and resourcefulness.
- Collaboration and communication
Collaboration is at the heart of your leadership. You will foster open communication within the team, support daily tasks across all service areas, and act as a key bridge to the wider leadership team, offering insight, ideas, and feedback that support both operational and strategic development.
- Orchestrating island harmony
Your responsibility is to create a rhythm on the island where things run naturally and gracefully — where the invisible work behind the scenes allows the visible moments to shine.
What We Offer
We offer a meaningful role in a supportive and forward-thinking organization, where your ideas are valued, and your growth is encouraged. You’ll be part of a collaborative team culture, with access to modern tools, regular learning opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
